Electronics contract manufacturing

From board files
to finished product.

We build circuit boards, cable assemblies and complete devices for hardware teams. From 10 prototypes to 250,000 units a year.

01 / 08 · Review

Send your files.
We check them first.

Within 48 hours an engineer reviews your design for build problems, test access and risky parts. You get a short report before you pay for a build.

Service · Manufacturing-design review

02 / 08 · Source

We buy the boards
and every part.

Bare boards come from qualified fab partners. We don't make them, we manage them. Components come only from authorized distributors.

Service · Component sourcing

03 / 08 · Assemble

Paste, printed.

A laser-cut steel stencil puts solder paste on every pad. A 3D camera then checks the height and volume of each deposit.

Service · Circuit-board assembly

03 / 08 · Assemble

Parts, placed.

Our lines place up to 90,000 parts an hour, from chips smaller than a grain of salt to large processors.

Service · Circuit-board assembly

03 / 08 · Assemble

Soldered in one pass.

The oven follows a heat profile set for your board. Every run's profile is logged against the batch.

Service · Circuit-board assembly

04 / 08 · Inspect

Every board, inspected.

3D optical inspection on every board. X-ray for the joints you can't see, like the ones under this processor.

Quality · Inspection

05 / 08 · Wire

Cables built here, too.

Harnesses are cut, crimped, sleeved and tested in-house, so they reach the line with the board.

Service · Cable assemblies

06 / 08 · Build

Built into
your product.

Enclosure, display, firmware and labels. It leaves our floor as a finished product, not a part.

Service · Complete product assembly

07 / 08 · Test

Switched on
and tested.

Every unit runs your functional test. Each result is saved to its serial number, so you can look it up later.

Service · Functional testing

08 / 08 · Ship

Packed and shipped.

To your warehouse, your customers or a retailer's dock. That's one build, start to finish.

03 Problems we fix

Three problems hardware teams bring us every week.

Problem"It works on the bench. Now we need 10,000."

Pilot builds and manufacturing prep.

A prototype proves the idea. A pilot proves the process. We run 50 to 500 units on the production line, fix what slows it down, then release to volume.

Problem"A part is out of stock for 38 weeks."

Sourcing with approved alternates.

We check lead times with authorized distributors every day and warn you months ahead. When a part runs out, we suggest drop-in alternates. We never swap a part without your written approval.

Inspection, testing, traceability and change control.

Every board is inspected and tested, and every step is recorded against its serial number. Design changes go through a signed change order, so nothing changes by accident.

    07 Questions buyers ask

    Straight answers.

Still unsure? Ask for a free review and an engineer will call you.

Can you handle our order size?

Yes, from 5 prototype units to 250,000 or more a year. Small runs go on our quick-turn line. Volume runs get dedicated setups, and can be split across factories. See how order size changes the build.

    Do you source components?

Yes. We buy every part from authorized distributors, track lead times, and can hold buffer stock for you. You can also send us some or all of the parts yourself.

Can you build and package the complete product?

Yes. Boards, cables, enclosure, firmware, labels, retail box, and shipping to you or straight to your customers.

    What files do you need?
    • Board filesGerber, ODB++ or IPC-2581
    • Component list (BOM)With manufacturer part numbers
    • Pick-and-place filePart positions (centroid)
    • Assembly drawingPDF is fine

Missing something? Send what you have. We'll tell you what's missing within one business day.

    Will you sign our NDA?

Yes, before anyone opens your files. Or use ours. Tick "confidential" on the form and we'll send it first.

How fast will I get a quote?

Within 3 business days for most projects, and within 24 hours for quick-turn prototypes.
