01Sound familiar?

Four water problems.
Four straight answers.

  1. A

    “Our water keeps changing.”

We design from your real water analysis, and plan for your worst month, not your average one.

  2. B

“Water and disposal cost too much.”

We recover water so you can use it again, and show you the running cost before you buy.

  3. C

    “Our product needs exact water.”

We design to your target numbers, then prove them on start-up day, in writing.

  4. D

    “We’re out of floor space.”

Packaged skids and containers are built in our shop and fit where you have room, even outside.

02What we do

Plan it. Build it.
Run it.

One team from the first water test to the last filter change. Hire us for one step or all of them.

1

Plan

Know what’s in your water and what it takes to fix it.

  • Water analysis

We sample and test your water, so the design fits the water you actually have.

  • System design

Each step sized to your flow and target quality, with the running cost up front.

Build

Equipment made in our shop, tested before it ships.

  • Filtration

Takes out sand, silt, iron and other solids.

  • Reverse osmosis

Removes dissolved salts for high-purity water.

  • Wastewater treatment

Cleans plant wastewater to meet your discharge limits.

  • Water reuse

Treats used water so it can run through the plant again.

  • Packaged units

Skids and containers, built ready to connect. Small footprint.

Run

Keep it on spec, every day after start-up.

  • Commissioning

We start it up, test it and prove it hits your numbers.

  • Monitoring

24/7 remote readings, with alerts before problems reach production.

  • Maintenance

Planned service visits and fast repairs.

  • Replacement consumables

Membranes, cartridges, media and chemicals, shipped when you need them.

03How we’d treat it

Different water needs different steps. Choose a job and a source to see how a typical system comes together, and where the waste goes.

Short on space? Slide your flow.

Packaged and modular systems are built and tested in our shop, then set down on site. Here’s roughly how much room they take.

    08Questions

    Straight answers.

What buyers ask us first. Ask us anything else, and an engineer will answer.

Can you treat our particular water?

Almost certainly. Send us a recent water analysis and we’ll tell you what it takes. If something in your water needs a pilot test first, we’ll say so up front.

    What analysis do you need?

A standard lab report is a good start. No report yet? We can take the samples for you.

What will operation and maintenance involve?

Most systems run on their own. Your team checks readings once a day, or we watch them remotely. We visit on a set schedule to change cartridges, clean membranes and calibrate sensors. You get the plan and the yearly cost before you buy.

    What happens to the waste?

Every system makes some: backwash water, concentrate from reverse osmosis, or sludge. We show each waste stream in the design, with volumes and where it goes: to sewer, back into the process, or pressed into a solid cake for disposal.

    How long until it’s running?

Packaged units usually take 8 to 14 weeks from order to start-up. For larger custom plants, you get a full schedule with the proposal.
