Six questions to bring to every consultation, ours too
  1. Are you certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery?
  2. How many of this procedure do you do each year?
  3. Where will you operate, and is it accredited?
  4. Who gives the anesthesia, and what are their credentials?
  5. What are the risks, and how do you handle complications?
  6. What is the total cost, and what is not included?

Based on the ASPS patient-safety guidance.

02 · What happens

Six steps, each one lit up before you start.

From first visit to your one-year check. You get every step in writing, and nothing is decided on the day.

  1. Step 1Day −45

    Consultation

An hour with your surgeon, not a sales rep. Exam, goals, photos and an honest opinion, even if it's "not yet".

  2. Step 2Day −30

    Your written plan

The procedure, the risks, the recovery and an itemised quote. Take it home. Take your time.

  3. Step 3Day −14

    Preparation

Pre-op tests, a medication check and a checklist in your portal. We confirm who drives you home.

  4. Step 4Day 0

    Surgery day

Our accredited suite and a board-certified anesthesiologist. Your surgeon operates, start to finish.

  5. Step 5Day 1–14

    Recovery

A nurse calls the next morning. You see your surgeon within a week. The nurse line is open 24/7.

  6. Step 6Day 365

    Follow-up

Check-ins at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, all included in your fee.

Pick a procedure to see where every dollar goes.

Typical total$20,600

    • Consultation $200, credited to your surgery if you go ahead.
    • Insurance Cosmetic surgery is rarely covered. Breast reduction sometimes is; we help with the paperwork.
    • Financing Plans from 12 to 60 months through a lender. We never mark it up.
    • Revisions Our revision policy is written into your quote before you pay anything.

    Before-and-after photos

    Real patients. Strict rules.

We only show results that follow all four rules, so you can compare honestly.

    View consented patient photos

Contains medical photos with nudity. 18+.

    1. 1Same light, same angle, same distance. Lighting alone can fake a result.
    2. 2No retouching. No filters. What you see is what healed.
    3. 3Written consent. Patients can withdraw it at any time.
    4. 4Typical results, not just the best. Each set shows the months since surgery.

    Straight answers

Including the ones that don't sell surgery.

    Am I a good candidate?

Usually if you're healthy, don't smoke (or will stop) and have clear, realistic goals. Your surgeon will tell you honestly at the consultation, even if the answer is no.

    What are the risks?

Every operation carries risk: bleeding, infection, poor scarring, blood clots, reactions to anesthesia, and a result you may not like. Your plan lists the risks for your procedure and what we do to lower them.

    How long is recovery?

Most people are back at desk work in one to two weeks and full exercise at six. Swelling settles over months. Your plan includes a day-by-day guide.

What if I don't like my result?

Tell us. Some things settle with time; some need a revision. Our revision policy is in your quote before you pay.

    Does insurance cover it?

Cosmetic surgery usually isn't covered. Some procedures, like breast reduction, can be. If yours might be, we'll help with the paperwork.

Can I talk to a past patient?

Yes. Some patients have offered to speak with people considering the same procedure. Ask at your consultation.

Who do I call after hours?

Our nurse line, 24 hours a day. Dr. Kessler is on call for her own patients.
