Living with it is easy.
Eat
Soft foods for the first few days. Cut crunchy things small.
Clean
Brush after meals. A small brush between brackets. 2–3 extra minutes.
Sore days
Normal for 2–3 days after an adjustment. Cold water and a pain reliever help.
Something broke?
Loose bracket or poking wire: wax it, then text us a photo. Rarely urgent.
Braces-friendly? Tap to find out.
Wear
22 hours a day. Out only to eat, drink anything but water, and brush.
Clean
Rinse trays when you take them out. Brush them gently with cool water.
Switch
New trays every 1–2 weeks. The app reminds you.
Lost one?
Wear your last tray and message us. One replacement is included.
When
Full time for a few months, then nights. Teeth drift for life, so keep going.
Clean
Brush it with cool water. No hot water; it can bend.
Store
Always in its case. Most lost retainers are wrapped in a napkin.

If it feels tight after a night off, wear it more. If it won't fit, call us.
