Where is your device today?

All twelve, grouped by what they do.

Engineer it

01Design for manufacturing reviewWe find what will be hard, slow or costly to build, before tooling.
  • Written report with fixes, ranked by cost impact

Problems we fix

Four reasons teams call us.

01

“Our prototype works, but it’s hard to build.”

! ! ! 3 ISSUES FOUND

What we do: an engineering review of your design, then a pilot run on the real process. You see every change before it happens.

02

“We need to trust the quality and trace every part.”

Material Machine Operator Inspection Record LOT 26-0917-A

What we do: inspection at every step, electronic batch records, and formal change control. Nothing changes without your sign-off.

03

“Demand is about to jump, and our supplier can’t keep up.”

1 CELL · 5k / yr

What we do: a 12-month capacity plan, a named transfer lead, and bridge stock so supply never stops while we qualify.

04

“We can’t risk our design leaking.”

What we do: NDA before any files, a restricted project space only named people can open, and a code name for your project on the floor.

Quality & traceability

Every part has a paper trail.

Tap a part. That’s the record you’d get for it, for every device we ship.

Straight answers

What buyers ask us first.

Ask us something else
Have you made parts like ours?

Probably. We have 140+ devices in production across drug delivery, cardiovascular, orthopedic, surgical and diagnostics. Send your drawings under NDA and we’ll show you similar work we’re allowed to share.

Can you support our stage of development?

Yes, from first CAD to full production. You can start with just a design review or a prototype run. No volume commitment needed.

What documentation will we receive?

A certificate of conformance and inspection data with every lot. A first-article report for every new part. IQ/OQ/PQ reports for validated processes. A device history record for every device.

Who owns the design and the tooling?

You do. Your design, your data and any tooling you pay for belong to you, in writing. If you ever move production, the tools and the documents go with you.

How do you protect our information?

We sign your NDA (or ours) before you send files. Your files sit in a restricted project space that only named team members can open, and your project gets a code name on the shop floor.

How fast can you start?

A manufacturing review takes about 5 business days from the day we get your files. Prototype parts usually ship in 1–3 weeks.
