The process

How it goes.

Five steps. You'll always know what's next.

A surgeon shows a patient a 3D face scan on a tablet in a calm consultation room.

Step 1 · 60 minutes

Consultation

You meet the surgeon who would operate. We examine, listen, and tell you plainly if surgery is right for you. Sometimes it isn't.

  • An honest yes or no
  • Your questions, answered
  • $150, credited to surgery

Step 2 · Take it home

Your written plan

What we'll do, where the scars go, the risks that apply to you, and every cost. Take your time. Get a second opinion if you want one.

  • 3D imaging
  • Risks in writing
  • Prep checklist in the app

Step 3 · Our accredited suite

Surgery day

In our own accredited operating room, with a board-certified anesthesiologist. Most people go home the same day with a trained caregiver.

  • Quad A accredited
  • Anesthesiologist, not a nurse
  • Private recovery room

Step 4 · The first weeks

Recovery

Your surgeon calls you that evening. A nurse checks in every day for the first week, and you can message us at any hour.

  • 24/7 nurse line
  • Daily check-ins, week one
  • Photos reviewed in the app

Step 5 · Included

Follow-up

Visits at 1 week, 6 weeks, and 3, 6 and 12 months. Results settle slowly. We watch them with you.

  • 5 visits, no charge
  • Same surgeon every time
  • Revision policy in writing

Independent safety info ASPS patient safety guide
    What are the risks?

Every operation has them: bleeding, infection, poor scarring, reactions to anesthesia, and results you may not love. Your written plan lists the risks for your procedure and how often we see them.

Will I meet the surgeon who operates?

Yes. The surgeon at your consultation is the surgeon in the room. No hand-offs to associates.

How long will I be off work?

Usually 1–2 weeks for face and breast surgery and 2–3 weeks for body surgery. Your plan gives you a number for your job.

    Can I see real results?

Yes. At your consultation you'll see unretouched photos of our own patients, shown with their written consent. Same light, same angle, no filters.

What if I don't like the result?

Tell us. Swelling takes months to settle, so we'll watch it with you. If a revision is needed, the policy and any cost are in your plan before you pay.

    Am I a good candidate?

Maybe not. Health, timing and expectations all matter. If surgery isn't right for you, we'll say so at the consultation.
